For medical emergencies, please call 770-419-1393. We will usually respond within 30 minutes of your call. If you cannot wait, please call 911.

Appointments
Appointments may be made by calling the office at 770-419-1393. Please bring any oral medicines or eyedrops that you are taking and bring a current list of medications with you to your appointment.
Insurance
We accept Medicare/Medicaid. Copays are due at the time of service and we can not bill them.
